Tables, Chairs, Linens, and More!

What’s Included in your Rental?

All rentals include use of tables, chairs, and table linens as well as set up and take down of those chairs and tables. Bride/Groom’s rooms are available for weddings. Kitchen is available for serving use or by an approved caterer.

Wedding Coordinators Make Your Event Wonderful

What Should You Bring?

A wedding coordinator is highly encouraged. Event host will be present to manage the building, but does not set up personal decor, bus tables, cut the cake, or other additional responsibilities. A day of coordinator is a great way to manage and enjoy your event. Ask us about a coordinator for the the team we prefer to work with.

Time is of the essence

What Are The Time Constraints?

Your set up and take down of food, decor, vendors etc. must be within your allotted hourly time-frame. Any additional time will be charged. We do not store or hold any items or décor before or after your event.

Rest Assured that your space is all yours

How Do You Reserve Your Space?

A security deposit of $500 plus a non-refundable booking fee of 50% of your balance is required at reservation to secure your date. The full balance must be paid 30 days prior to your rental date.
